LCDR Annie Lam
President
LCDR Lam started her federal career in 2009 as a Consumer Safety Officer with the Food and Drug Administration in the San Francisco District Office. She currently works as a technical advisor for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. LCDR Lam has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California Riverside and a Master of Science degree in Immunology from the California State University in Los Angeles. In 2015, LCDR also completed the CPH (Certified in Public Health) certification.
LCDR Lam currently serves in multiple leadership positions including the president of the Golden Gate Commissioned Officers Association, scholarship chair for the MOAA Contra Costa chapter, and executive secretary of the Basic & Applied Sciences Professional Advisory Group. LCDR Lam is grateful and proud to wear the USPHS uniform and for the opportunity to promote the mission of the service.
